This recipe is the one Erin (main character in my book Honey in My Tea) uses to make her delicious vegetable pizza. This recipe is so versatile and affordable.
In our house, we also use it for Stromboli and calzones. We use it for traditional toppings as well as breakfast pizza. My kids love making their own individual pizzas. My favorite pizza combinations are broccoli/mozzarella and shredded chicken/mozzarella/honey barbecue sauce. I like a drizzle of honey on my pizza when it’s done.
You can bake this dough in the oven. You can even throw a piece on the grill or griddle. This dough can be used fresh or frozen for later. You’re only limited by your imagination.
